Community Meeting with Fern Hill Developers

The Fern Hill team is expected to share updates on its proposal at the community meeting and the team is willing to answer your questions about the project. Following the community meeting, the OTTA will reach out to solicit your thoughts and we will use our best efforts to ensure our members’ views are heard regarding this important planning and zoning matter in our Triangle.
By way of background, this project has been in a discussion phase between the developer and the city for over two years, and a proposal was publicly shared by Fern Hill in September 2023. That proposal can be found at Fern Hill’s website at www.engagefernhill.com.
